I was recently talking to a client who was concerned about the long term effects of CV19 on her workforce, and was uncomfortable to talk about it with them.
We have no idea how all this will pan out, but we do know one thing.
Our people are responsible, professional adults and they can handle the truth. In fact they were probably talking about it long before you were.
As Leaders, we need to be:
- brave enough to tell the truth
- humble enough to ask their opinion, and
- wise enough to listen
