I help leaders and their teams work.
I earned my stripes leading large teams in complex organisations and built quite a reputation for ‘doing business differently’.
Now I work with Australia’s leading companies, guiding leaders and their teams to identify and adopt tiny tweaks that make big differences.
My goal is to help evolve how leaders think, take action, and relate to others during these turbulent times – how to do business differently.

I can highly recommend Rebecca to other organisations seeking to engage their teams on change and strategy.'
She creates a positive, collaborative environment quickly and is expert at both challenging your thinking, yet ensuring all voices are heard.
By advising on key messages and principles in the lead up to the event, she added value well beyond that of a typical facilitator.
Highly recommend her to other organisations seeking to engage their teams on strategy, planning or change.'
Engaging with Rebecca was impactful for our start-up. We found the following to be high value;
- Seasoned business & people leadership
- Strategist skills
- Problem solving
- Optics to bear on our growth strategy
Rebecca supported me and my leadership team with a series of coaching & facilitation sessions, establishing our 'purpose' or 'our why' and integrating values & strategic plans into our business. As a facilitator, she has a great questioning style which allows every voice to be heard and for complex decisions to be made.
As a coach, she is both challenging and developmental, and is not afraid to broach difficult subjects yet does so with grace and humour.
She also worked across our Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams to sharpen our go to market & customer journey approach and tightened up our value proposition, which resulted in new marketing & sales content as well as a smoother, more integrated customer experience.
At VideoMyJob, I was continually reminded from my leadership team that Rebecca was adding value leveraging off her previous experience(s).
What I particularly liked about Rebecca is the range she can operate at – from highly strategic, to hands on, she is able to challenge and tease out the best approach in a really pragmatic and engaging way. Again, the team have enjoyed immensely working with Rebecca, and we have individually & collectively benefitted from her time at VideoMyJob.'
I engaged Rebecca as our business advisor to help me develop our Go to Market and Product strategy. She’s been an invaluable resource. Rebecca has a highly strategic mindset balanced with a pragmatic, operational perspective which means that we focus on the things that actually make a difference. She understands what corporate clients value and how to approach them. She understands Saas Products. She’s an experienced operational leader with a keen eye for growth, waste and risk, and she’s readily available to pitch in on everything from international market expansion to people issues.'
I signed up to her BoldHR LevelUp Mentoring program at the start of 2020 & very quickly started benefit from her considerable experience as a leader in the Talent Acquisition space. The masterclasses she curates & the content she shares regularly is highly pertinent, well crafted & always gets to the heart of what the mentee needs.
You only get from a mentoring program what you put into it but I feel that Rebecca has poured so much in to helping me & others. It really has been overwhelming & very much appreciated.
In these turbulent 1st few months of 2020, I've learned so much from Rebecca that it has really helped me grow & develop as a person & I've no hesitations in recommending her as an amazing mentor.'
I found the structure of her sessions and pre and post work to be highly effective. We took a fairly complicated concept, applied a methodical framework which engaged all team members in the planning stage. The post planning work also engaged all team members in the change and operations stage, enabling buy in and making execution straight forward and measurable.
My team liked the way she made everything seem simple with no fuss. I would highly recommend Rebecca for your management strategy day.'
Rebecca provides the group with challenges and encouragement to think strategically, challenge how we think about Talent Acquisition and the future of our sector. The advice provided by Rebecca, based on her own professional experiences, has been a highlight.
Rebecca provides a fun, safe and forward thinking environment, to reflect and look forward.
I would highly recommend the program, if you want to improve your confidence, influencing skills, professional network and your reputation.'
I can honestly say that through Rebecca’s structured approach,
I have now moved into a more productive headspace and my manager and colleagues have also benefited from these learnings.
I have now taken control of my output and have more fulfilment by doing so. I’m looking forward to the rest of the year with Rebecca by my side as my 'professional toolkit''
Working with Rebecca has and continues to absolutely make a difference. She provides targeted tools and techniques that are effective and easy to apply and remember - and more importantly, they actually work.
Every leader starting a new role should take this course.'
I was a bit lost before starting the LevelUp program but our first mentoring session was a real “wake up” light bulb moment for me. I now have my mojo back and I'm no longer in a daze within a maze looking for the right way out. I have put into play the tools you shared with me and I am celebrating the fact that some of the difficult conversations I have had have ended in the outcomes I was after. I now feel listened to and valued as a result of the tools and insights you have shared.
Thank you: the LevelUp program has had a big impact in a short period of time.'
The best part of our Clarins Values Day for 2021 was the engaging and fun spirit that Rebecca was able to bring out in everyone involved, despite the challenge of being 100% online.
The team-building activity was unique and fun for everyone and will remain a memorable and engaging event for years to come - everyone is telling us how much they enjoyed it and there is still a buzz of people sharing their experiences with fond memories.
Our people learned what happens when you get out of your comfort zone and push the boundaries to be audacious - and having someone like Rebecca to facilitate that “uncomfortableness” in a way that feels supportive and playful was fantastic.
Rebecca was the perfect choice to bring our people together for an engaging, thought-provoking, and inspiring day!
Feedback from all participants following this presentation was extremely positive, describing it as an insightful and engaging presentation. Rebecca has a wealth of experience to draw upon and presents with energy, enthusiasm and passion. Overall, it was incredibly well received and much appreciated presentation, with many key learnings, advice and take aways that members/participants found extremely useful. On behalf of HRM@W and its members, thank you Rebecca.''
Each session we would discuss a particular scenario, get into the detail and together we would outline an action plan... then you would get my commitment to do it, which of course then made me do it! This has been an excellent contributor to my overall confidence in leadership.
Now I ‘have the conversations straight away’ before they turn into misunderstandings, fractured business relationships and lost opportunities. Also, the benefits you reap when you ‘let go’ of a project/task to a capable team member and they do it better than you would have and at the same time you reciprocate trust and respect in each other.
Would recommend that anyone wanting to take a big step-up in their leadership development engage in sessions with you! Thank you!'
Working with Rebecca made me look outside the square both personally and professionally, being in the latter part of my career, she changed my mindset from something coming to an end, to new beginnings and future focus, not the finish line, but the start of a new race that I am now excited to run. I feel both myself and my business have benefited from her guidance. She doesn’t do it for you, she encourages you to find your solutions, and thru her programme encourages ownership of those new mindsets.
Rebecca doesn’t mentor tricks, she gives you a toolbox full of fresh mindset, fresh focus and re - ignited ideas and innovative vocabulary and she empowers the ownership to change. So I say with confidence and appreciation “yes you can learn new things”. Working for a business that invests in people, I am truly grateful for the chance to work with Rebecca. I have worked with many outside people over many years, Rebecca stands out from the crowd.
If you really want to grow and facilitate personal change as a manager, I encourage you to seek her out and become a better leader in the process.'
