Following my previous post about candidate experience – I recently read a report from PhenomPeople about talent relationship marketing in the Fortune500 and I was really surprised to read that 17 out of them have no career site at all.
BUT – These are companies that dwarf the biggest employers we have in Australia and New Zealand! And surely they are light years ahead in terms of EVP, a major element of Talent success? It made me wonder how A&NZ companies fare in comparison?
